Rita’s Philosophy: A leader must possess intellectual skills to analyze facts, analytically determine the best solution for a specific problem under the circumstances and then have the courage to implement the solution. As a mathematician and lawyer. My approach towards solving any problem has always been to flow chart the situation, set the parameters, and then focus on possible solutions. Most politicians fail to recognize that many issues are connected, and must be addressed simultaneously in order to find a viable solution. The socio economic divide that is developing in our country must be understood and addressed. We must focus on the constitutional rights that are being trampled systematically by certain political and social forces, and make a commitment to stand up for all Americans.
